Highlights of 4 Years of Adventure

  • Lecture not always teach you something and usually students don't want to study either. The guy who get most benefit from this is the person who owns the "Tapri" near the college.

  •  Rules are made to be broken but deadlines are made to be extended. It always work in Engineering life that is sure.

    • At the end of everything the teacher giving abundant marks is the one who is most respected.

    •  There is always a lecturer who speaks funny "English".

    • Most of the time you debate with other branch people that whose branch is the best one.

    • About completing the practical lab file, there is always a master copy which will help you last night.

    • How many  renowned authors books you study it doesn't matters; the only Brahmastra that can fetch you good marks is the xerox of the notes of the person who attended classes regularly.

    • However early you plan to study for the end semester exam, you will not become serious until the last 24 hours starts running out.

    • Vivas are the most insulting periods of the Engineering life; no one can escape it. This is time you have been reminded of your sins of the past semester.

    • Backlogs is the only thing which you fear in Engineering life else nothing can scare you off.

    • Every semester you will have a subject which you will not able to understand a bit of it though you will develop caliber to fill pages and pages on it in semester exam.

    • Everyone enters Fourth Year with the mindset of having a "good placement" and a "first class" tag to their memo.

    • The first three years are spent in cursing the college administration, the people, the system and all but at the end of fourth year people become nostalgic about the pure unadulterated fun they had in past four years. Now the same system they disliked, the same canteen which they complain, the time they spent in mass bunks, the birthday bums they suffered, the treats they enjoyed all these seems as heaven.
